Linn County Library District #1, INC is seeking bids.
RFP 1-2025
Linn County Library District #1 is seeking Proposals for the following work to be completed. All Proposals are to include an itemized list per section.
• Grade all the ground around the East, North, and West sides of the Building
• Install 5’ ADA-compliant sidewalk from the South sidewalk to the North end of the building
• Install Slab at Northwest Door to cover from 1’ south of the door to the North End of the Building
• Gravel all areas from the South sidewalk to the North Alley to the Storage Unit gravel allowing for Proper groundwater drainage
• Gravel all areas from the East end of the building to the west property line on the North end of the Building.
All interested bidders are to be Licensed and Insured. All bidders are encouraged to visit the Site before bidding.
All Proposals are to be sealed and due to the Library by July 8th at 12:00 p.m.
Linn County Library District #1 has the right to refuse any Proposals.

Cooking classes: Tuesdays, June 24-July 29, 10:00-11:00. Ages 8 and above
Color our World Program: 3rd Grade thru 6th Grade
Tuesdays, June 24th - July 29th, 11:00-12:15
Color Our World Program: Preschool thru 2nd Grade
Wednesdays, July 2nd - July 30th, 10:30-12:00
Color our World with Song featuring Aaron Fowler. July 14, 1:30 PM
Aaron will have a multi-media program with singing, moving, playing instruments, and stories. He will be sharing one of his children’s books from The Adventures of Bella and Choco series.
Pizza and Pool Party for Summer Reading families: July 25th,

Pizza at 5:00-6:00
Swimming at 6:00-8:00
Note to Parents: Children under 8 years of age must have a parent or guardian with them at all library programs.
Please sign up your children for our summer programs at the library as soon as possible so we will know how many to plan for. I wouldn’t want to run out of supplies.
