In honor of the passing of Louise Stites, a dear friend and past employee of the library, the library will be closed Thursday morning so the staff can attend her funeral services. We'll be open after the service.

Linn County Library Dist. 1, Inc, Parker Library, 234 W. Main St. Parker, KS is seeking to hire Library Director. This is a full-time position with benefits, including KPERs Retirement, personal/sick time and vacation. Salary is negotiable with qualifications and experience. Experience a plus but will train a qualified candidate. Computer skills and bookkeeping experience a plus. Duties would include the day-to-day operation of the library. Job starts June 1st. and would assume director’s duties August 1st, 2025.
